Panchshil Arts and Science College is located in Kotda(Godhra), Gujarat, and was established in the year 2020. Which is affiliated with Shri Govind Guru University, Godhra (Vinzol). The institute offers Degree programs including UG & PG courses in Full-Time mode. Aspiring candidates can choose these programs to pursue their career in higher studies The institute also has modern infrastructure, which includes Auditorium, Cafeteria, Medical Facilities, Hostel, Labs, Library, Wi-Fi Campus, and others.

The college initially had 200 students. Today, it has grown into a prominent academic center in the Panchmahal district, catering to over 650 students, the campus, spread across 5.50 acres, offers a variety of subjects in Arts and Science streams, along with post-graduate courses in History, Gujarati, and Science.

The college also provides ample opportunities for sports enthusiasts with facilities for cricket, volleyball, kho-kho, kabaddi, Chess, Archery, Taekwondo, Cross Country and carom.
